I'm trying to find an application that shows elapsed time between a past event and today. Numbers of days is essential and having it summed into yaers/months would be even better. As an example I used 10/16/89 and today 05/12/03

Atool has a counting function and gave me 4956 days

PowerRun reports 4953

Dates counts 4896

And I built a Handbase database which agrees with Atool at 4956

Does anyone have a suggestion about which is correct or another (preferrably freeware) tool I should be using?

TIA,

Jim

PowerOne reports 4956 days.

To verify its acuracy, I had it compute the number of days between when I was born, and my birthday this year. As my age in years is a multiple of 4, this was easy to independently compute. PowerOne gave me the correct answer.

I have been using DateDiff and have been very pleased with it. Plus it's freeware!
