hi to all,

I am trying to be able to use my Trascend 512mb compact flash
at the best level possible, considering the great limits of the
actual eruware CF driver

I have more than one question, but the most important one is:

when I move an application with power run from resident RAM
to the CF, it's impossible to see the icon in the "Trascend" folder,
even if it's correctly listed in the "All" folder. The only way to
correct this fix is to use CLIE Files utility and to move the program
from "power run" folder to "launcher" one ... is it a correct procedure?

When you put an app into the Palm Launcher folder on the Transcend CF Card then it will show up in the Transcend Category in the launcher.

When you use PowerRun, it's put into a different folder and the Icon/shortcut is left in RAM and then placed into the Unfiled Category.

Your confusing folders in the launcher with categories.

Yes you can move an app manually. If the app has associated databases, then use PowerRun to move it to the Transcend card.

You can have a /Palm/Launcher folder on each card.

You can also assign apps to different categories by using the pull down menu and selecting category.
