NR70 Screen kinda dark?

hey i jus bought my NR70, and first thing i noticed when i compared the screen to my old t665 was that the nr70 screen is kinda darker, is this normal? or is mine defective? color seems to look lil nicer, but seem kinda darker, and both clies have brightness set to max, anyone ever compare the 2 before?

Either mine is also defective, or the nr70 screen is actually dark. I never used t665, so I can't compare the due. But compared to Palm IIIC, Ipaq 5455 and Tungsten T, I think my nr70v is the least bright of the three.

The standard font also bothers me in terms of visibility. Unless you choose the bold/bigger fonts, the characters are kind of thin & washed out, not as solid as I would want them to be.
