Hello guys,

I am just trying to get a build environment for Palm on Windows XP running. I would like to use the prc-tool-chain.

After trying out different SDK's - it seems there are a lots out there for Palm - I am close to that point to give it up.

I downloaded the latest SDK from PDN. But when I try to compile the samples, I always get PalmOS.h not found, and that file _is_ indeed not in the .zip-file. (The things in CygWin with /PalmDev/ were done.)

Then I installed to whole Garnet OS Development environment from Access. It is a dev-chain for Eclipse - apart from that that I dont like Eclipse - but I didnt finished trying it out then yet. It seems that the PalmOS.h is present in this SDK, but the examples from the SDK above doesnt compile either - they are referring to some HsXXX.h files.

NVBackup has the source code available, a quick check revealed: That the "palmone SDK" is required. Some files refer to #include PalmOS.h again...

I would like to play around and make some Programs for TX. But where do I get a complete SDK, working with the prc-tool-chain+CygWin? And BTW, developing with Linux would be easier, but currently I dont have a Linux computer unfortunately.
I have also tried Palm Pascal & Onboard C. But I am not happy with them: as you need quite a lots of documentation and examples to start programming, this way is not feasible for me.

Who can help? Many thanks for any info.

Ok, the question is, where do I get exactly this one?

I already downloaded that one on the PDN, this one is not working. Do you mean that one from ACCESS?

Many thanks anyway.
