Any suggestions??

I'm not sure if this is appropriate, but I've listed a couple important updates / patches / essential 3rd party software that enhances the functions of the NZ on my auction page (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3023207504&category=38331&rd=1). The list is small, but they are the most essential in my opinion.

For me, AvantGo is a must have.

My recommendations...
Datebk5
You will quickly outgrow the included scheduling app.
Handstory (I use this), Avantgo, Plucker, or iSilo.
Having updated content with you on the go will make your PDA indespensible.
jMileage
This is a freeware app to track your gas mileage in your car. If you are remotely interested in doing this, this app is great and free! I always recommend this app to anyone getting a new unit, because it gives a great excuse to have the unit with you at all times. Then as you have it all the time, you can find new uses for it on your own. :D
DeepReader (I use this) or Palmreader
Ebooks are one of the great joys of PDA's. I have read tons of books on my various PDA's, and the NZ90's Hires+ screen makes reading so enjoyable. DeepReader looks just like print on paper.
AcidImage
Download the demo and you will be hooked. Once you start using that built in camera, you WILL NOT want to use the included Clie Viewer app to manage your images. Just install AcidImage, and after you have a dozen pictures on your unit, you will see exactly what I'm talking about. (Clie Viewer does not save thumbnails, and is painfully slow)
FileZ
A free file management app. As you get a feel for the PalmOS, you will realize that there are some things you just have to do manually. FileZ is an excellent way to learn how the PalmOS handles itself, and is also an excellent tool to help you handle PalmOS when it can't do the job on it's own.
Eventually you will want to get a third party launcher (I use Zlauncher). I recommend, however, stick with the default launcher for a while. You need to get accustomed to how the PalmOS works, file types, applications and databases, how to delete things... so on and so forth, before you put a skin ontop of it all. If you don't understand how the PalmOS works, then a third party launcher will have a lot of options you won't understand how to use correctly. That's just my opinion.

Second vote for Datebk5 couldn't live without it. Second thing is the European camera patch. Gives far better battery result.
PowerRun to manage your memory better.
AcidImage to show off the pictures.
DeepReader or TealDoc to read DOC files.

I wouldn't forget the Colorize application (Freeware) from PalmGear .... Great little application to colorize your menus and dialog style boxes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Acid Image first. Clie viewer is almost worthless.
Zlauncher second. I like the interface better and it has an AWESOME file manager built in....
Powerrun or Jackflah third. Move some of the big apps out of RAM.
Fourth, a reader. PDA's rock for book reading. Palm Reader has hte best selection of books, IMO and a decent reader for free. Upgrade's not bad either
