ZLauncher Installation for Dummies?

Hey everyone.
I recently got a Palm E2 and I downloaded the ZLauncher trial version (planning to buy). My problem is that I can't seem to get the installation right. I have an expansion SD Card. I install both the ZLauncher PRC file and a theme and I always get the "Zlauncher cannot find theme" error message, wether or not I install on the internal memory or the SD Card. All over the net I've read things like "Install ZLauncher on the internal memory and themes on the SD Card", "Install both on the Card", "install both in the internal memory", etc... regardless of what I do, I can't get it to work.

The online manual is too basic and not detailed enough for the installation process. I was wondering is there was a thread somewhere or a website where the installation process was explained in greater detail for get ZLauncher to work flawlessly.

EDIT: I finally got it to work... from Themes to Back Images, to Plugins and Sound. It took almost a week, but I got it done.

To avoid further embarassment... :)

You can place the themes, skins and backgrounds in the following directory (created by Zlauncher):
/Palm/Program/Zlauncher/BackImage = store backimages (bmp or jpg)
/Palm/Program/Zlauncher/IconSet = icons to replace standard and other icons
/Palm/Program/Zlauncher/Theme = any themes and tweaks

(From my experience)
You install (with the Palm installer) ZLauncher and one theme on the Internal Memory (later you can delete the Theme). From my experience, Plugins have to be installed on the Internal Memory the same way.

Then install other themes, backimages, etc. in the Folders that yorrick posted above. Run ZLauncher and select a theme on the Card. Now you can delete the Theme in the Internal Memory. You need Jpeglib.prc installed on the Internal Memory with the Palm Installer to be able to use JPEG's as Backimages.

I still dont get it, I must be dumber than dumb lol
i used myinstall to put zlauncher in ram. when i go to internal/programs there is nothing there from zlauncher.
can someone explain step by step?
