Flashing my clie

I have my original flash ROM backed up on my computer, and i want to reflash my hosed clie what progmra shoul di use?

How do you get the original flashROM backed up to your computer to begin with?

I did mine with JackSprat, so obviously I use it to restore the ROM back to Clie. Brayder has really good manual for it just follow it.

well my clie gives me an error and i need to reset everytime i push the home button so i cant use jack sprat.

Just trying to understand your problem a little better, so here are some questions:
1. Hard reset (hold power button while poking the hole in the back, release the power button once the Palm logo appears on the screen, and then press up to erase all data) won't fix the home button?
2. What kind of error you got?
3. Did you remove the Clie launcher (LauncherCW or Applications) with JackSprat?

Just remembered something I did a while back when the Home button went awry because I deleted LauncherCW by mistake with JackSprat. I launched Pref by tapping the menu button, selected 'Buttons', assigned one of those hard buttons (say DateBook) to Flashwrite of the JackSprat, restored the ROM by pressing the DateBook button, and followed the instruction on the screen.
