Hi

Being new to this I hope this gets through. I'm wondering if there is anyone who has used a cell phone as a modem (Nokia 6126) to get the wireless going on a Palm Lifedrive. I done the basic setup as instructed by the unit to configure the GPRS. When I connect to the cell phone via Bluetooth it does try to access the internet but then fails and tells me that I must subscribe to Packet Data first. I do have the internet available on my phone and as told by my service provider (Fido, in Canada) that I do have the packet data or else I would not get the internet on the phone. So can it be a Palm thing where it might not be compatible. I figure there may be someone out there who may have some knowledge. Thanks

No problem for me, I live in Mexico City and I can use my Nokia5700 with my LD via GPRS perfectly, obviously first of all you need browse the web in your phone, if you can, just follow the instructions in the LD (Bluetooth) and turn on the Bluetooth in your cell
