Does anyone know where I can get a copy of Grand Theft Auto that works for the NX 70V?

Please do a search in the forums for this topic.
Grand Theft Auto only existed in beta for OS3.5 and never licensed, so it never made it to support and sold software.
So it won't work on OS5.
Don't bother asking for any updates since there has been no developments in this area for the last few years.

Calm down about what?
I wasn't the one excited over GTA - just stating what has already happened.
The last time people got into a excited frenzy was the civpalm. Only problem was that no development has taken place since mid-2001 and the guy stated in a forum that he'd given up on it. Though it still didn't stop people on this forum working up a sweat over it! :)

So, what exactly is siv palm? was it supposed to be a 'Civilization' port or something?

By calming down, I mean don't get any excitement / hype since I highly doubt they will ever get license at all.
I just hope that someone can make a similiar game with different branding but with same gameplay.

Yea Gravity, I believe so. It got canned though, and never came out.
My post was a joke ;)

Ocell - you are such a tease for stirring these guys around!!! :) :)
For the record :
GTA was released on beta but never released. Licensing was never approved - so it died there.
FreeCiv (Civilisation on Palm) only got as far as terraforming. The project was abandoned in 2001. So you get a nicely terraformed land, but that's about it.
Though some people may be interested in taking it on since there is no support for anything beyond OS3.5 and lo-res.
Aaron - thanks for clearing up on who is to calm down - the people wanting a copy or those saying it doesn't exist.
Personally, I don't think either one (GTA or FreeCiv) will make a good game on the Palm. FreeCiv was similar in concept to SimCity - and I found it pretty boring...
Time to take my "happy pills"... :)
there is a thread elsewhere on this forum (possibly in the T-series room) about running GTA on the T665--it has a hacked version of the demo that allows it to work on the 665...i seem to remember someone reporting that it worked on their NX. its worth a shot.
