Overlapping text lines in WordToGo etc...

Just managed to get my new NX replacement (from NR) up and running -without new install disk - thanks BestBuy. Just one remaining issue. Other functions seem to be fairly operable except MS Import, which I realize requires entire install CD. Only remaining problem is text line presentation in a couple of programs. First noticed it in Plucker (a program for reading online e-books) and a similar one called Palm Reader. In these programs - and I later discovered also in WordToGo documents - the text lines are chopped off halfway down each line. IE each new line of text begins halfway into the preceding line - you can only see the top half of each line of text. Its like the program is presenting the text in a font twice as large as the display. Imagine if you shifted - accordionned - each line of text 1/2 line up into the line above it so that they all overlapped and you'll see my meaning.
Any ideas?

This was an issue when the NX's first came out, but all you have to do now is get the latest versions of the software. I'm pretty sure every app you mentioned has been updated to fix that issue.

That right, I had the same problem, went away with latest upgrade with WordtoGo and PalmReader

Just a question - which version of DocsToGo did you have to upgrade to to alleviate the problem? I have already downloaded and installed the latest upgrade to v4.0 (4.006) and that didn't fix the problem. v5.0 is however available for purchase as an upgrade - do you think that's what's needed to work??

I have version 5 and it's never been an issue, although I had version 5, before I purchased the NX.
