C64 Emulation

Anyone know if there are any C64 emulators for OS5 (or OS4 for that matter)? My dream is to be able to play Pirates! and other ancient games on my Clie and figured the C64 would be an easier platform to emulate than DOS.

The Pal64 project (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pal64/) was started some time ago, however there has been no code as yet (the only downloads there are spec files and system roms i put there myself) and the project seems stalled for the time being.
