Looking for a good app to store all my login & passwords and bank accounts. Preferably with good encryption.
Tried MaxSecret. Quite nice but found the interface a bit unattractive.
Any other suggestions?

My favorite is cryptbox. It is encrypted and has a free windows version of it that syncs with your palm. They also send me free updates in my email.

I use SplashId. I like this because it also has a desktop frontend which makes initial set up much easier (plus you also have the backup in case anything happens to your Clie).
My 2c worth.

It seems SplashID is the winner here....
Are those data on the SplashID desktop encrypted?
What about QuickID? Anyone use QuickID?
Heard some gud comments about it...
What's the pro and con between QuickID & SplashID?
Here's another vote for SplashID!
•It works very well, and the desktop companion is convenient.
•Good support from the developer, SplashData.
•If you have a Mac, equally good product development & support. (You know how some companies treat Mac users  )
Anyway, try the Demo.
I love Vault from handango.com.....$19.99...works great.....

SplashID is great--it's well-designed, intuitive, and has the desktop component as well. Another one worth a look (I tried it out only because its developers recently released a Mac desktop version) is Passwords Plus by DataViz. It's pretty costly--IMO--at $29.95, but is so well put together and has so much flexibility/room for customizing that it might be worth it to folks with no budgetary constraints (or at least with no regard for such constraints!!).

I use CryptInfo from NormSoft. I has a desktop app that Hotsyncs/interfaces with the same database, and accepts a pass phrase as well as just a password. Simple but effective, and just $14.99.

Add another vote for Splash ID. The price is mitigated, for me, by their great support and the "bundle" price for Splash Wallet, as I already used other Splash apps.

Yaps is freeware and works great. I like the desktop companion for SplashID though.

SplashID is definitely one of my favorite apps!
Unlimited number of customizable categories for storing all kinds of personal information
Customizable List View supports color and icons
Password protection, using Blowfish encryption, keeps your data safe and secure
Synchronize data between the handheld and desktop using the included desktop software
Import/Export secure, encrypted virtual ID (vID) files containing selected records to share with other SplashID users or as a backup
Beam records to other SplashID users
Now supports Hi-Res displays and fonts
Copy a single field to clipboard on desktop

Yaps is freeware for the palm, but you can purchase a desktop companion for it.
STRIP (Secure Tool for Retrieving Important Passwords) is another nice utility that was not yet mentioned. Also has a nice random password generator, numeric, alpha-numeric and alpha-num w/ meta and you specify length.
Splash ID has become my app of choice for security AND for the simplicity of using it as a desktop app/backup.

I use KeyRing and it does what I need. There is also a seperate viewer you can download that allows you to view the passwords on the PC. Haven't used the viewer yet so can't comment on it.

I went ahead and bought password plus from dataviz. It's pretty expensive but I found the encryption scheme better than most. I also like having the desktop app mirror the palm and the ability to sync it with multiple PCs. The wizards for entry aren't bad either.
As long as they don't offer a PP ver2.0 and charge a $20 upgrade (something dataviz is famous for) I'll feel the money is well spent.
Oh, but it does have a large footprint.

I use MemoSafe from DeepNetTech (www.deepnettech.com). It's a MemoPad replacement that adds an "encrypt" checkbox to each memo. Checking the checkbox encrypts the memo with the SAFER-SK public domain block-cipher. You can set different passwords for each memo or you can set up a "global" password for all memos. You can optionally configure it to use a very nice finger-friendly numeric keypad for password entry. It is completely compatible with the PalmOS Memo database so it syncs with apps like Outlook without any issue.
It isn't nativly HiRes+ compatible, but CodeDiver will force it to work in full-screen mode without any problems.
It comes with an optional Windows Desktop app that will decrypt the memos on the desktop. It's only $7.00, and I highly recommend it.

Anybody can comment on Mobipassword vs Turbo Password? Both appear to have the auto fill capability for websites.

The Yaps 2.5 desktop companion, Yaps Viewer 1.1 (http://palmgear.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=software.showsoftware&PartnerREF=&siteid=1&catid=0&area=software.developer&searchtitle=Applications%20by%20MSB%20Software%20Engineering&searchterm=&step=1&orderby=downloadtotal&direction=asc&userid=841937662&prodid=15490) only cost $9.00. I have it in my PC and laptop. Very handy and useful desktop backup of Yaps, especially if I ever lose my TH55 (knock on woods).
