View Full Version : treo 90 fatal exception

Untill recently, my TREO 90 worked without problems, but now it displays Fatal exception message, while preforming HOT SYNC operation (Synchronizing Capabilities submenu). In the same time, on my PC HotSync Progress window displays : Status: Instaling handheld applications.
I`ve tried with soft and hard reset, but nothing changed, same thing happens.
Can someone help me solve the problem? :)

What is the complete error message?

What does your Hotsync Log say?

Try running HotSyncCheck, download -=>HERE (http://www.palmone.com/us/support/downloads/hotsynccheck.html)<=-

When on PC is wrote 'installing handheld aplication' on treo say 'synhronizing capabilities' and than crashed and say -'fatal error - fatal capabilities'

I've checked with Hot Sync Check ,everithing is OK?? :confused:



In tealscan I've looked capabilities apps and now fatal error is not showing,
and log is look like this:

What is capabilities sniffer , I thing that he is the problem...what to do with him??
