Is it possible to view photos stored on the CF card using AcidImage?

I am using AcidImage to view jpegs on my CF card. I have had to go into the /Palm/Programs/AcidImage/ directory and delete the files there to get AcidImage to recognize files that were previously viewed on MS.

I can view off both, but the only thing that I noticed was that if the images are in the same directories on both cards then it freezes and you have to soft reset.

So, if I get this right I'll have to make sure there are no files (being photos correct?) in the AcidImage folder on the MS so I'll have to clear them out of and place them in the AcidImage folder on the CF. Now, if AcidImage is running off ram then I'll see the photos on the CF if the CF is mounted and the files are in the AcidImage folder correct?

Acidimage sees pictures that are stored anywhere on both the MS and the CF cards at the same time. They do not have to be in an "Acidimage" folder. The files he had to delete in the acidimage folder were the cached thumbnails. Put your pictures wherever you want on each card, but try to avoid putting them in folders that have the same paths (IE: CF:/Palm/Images and MS:/Palm/Images). AcidImage works great with multiple VFS volumes.

OcelNuri said it better, but that's what I meant.

I am using AcidImage to view pictures that I took with my Olympus camera on a CF card. It works great! It's much better than checking the pictures on the camera screen. Unfortunately limited RAM on the NX70 doesn't allow to open 5 megapixel pictures in full resolution.
is it enough for 3MP pictures?
Thanks...

Thanks for everyone's input! OK, I've loaded photos onto both the MS & CF card in different folders and was able to view them. Now, for the extreme amount of space :o) on my 1gb CF card I moved all the photos off the MS onto the CF card. When using AcidImage to view the photos I've notice this error;
Insufficient Memory
(case 0)
So, I go into the preferences of AcidImage and uncheck the box "Load JPEGS Full Size" but still get the error message. Now, this may mean I have a photo too large and it can't display it or maybe this code is for something else, who knows but I'm wondering has anybody seen this error and if so what have you done about it?

The Compact Flash Driver has enabled me to do the same thing...view pics taken with my digital camera immediately on that gorgeous 320x480 screen of my Clie. (Much better than the "review window" on the camera) I love it!
Unfortunately, I get the same "not enough memory" error with 5 megapixel images (~2.9MB), when attempting to load them at full-size. No problem at all with viewing 2.1 megapixel images (~450KB). (Using AcidImage version 2.5)

Here is what Red-Mercury says about File Sizes and memory in relation to AcidImage:
The only limit to the size of image you can view with AcidImage is your available memory. For a rough estimate of the RAM required to view an image, multiply the width by the height, and then multiply that by two (in other words, estimate two bytes per pixel).
So... if you take a 2048x1024 picture the 'rough' calculation to use is 1024x2048 = 2097152 ... and then take that and multiply it by 2 (again going by their calcuation) ... which comes to a grand total of 4194304 bytes .... or 4.194394 MB .... Lotta RAM to view a Pic of 5megapixels.
I would think... to view 5megapixel pictures you would need somewhere around 4.5MB or MORE of RAM available in order to view it.
