Help! Low res to High res game problem

Just got my Wife a Tungsten T3 like mine. Only problem is that her favorite game is not playable on the T3. The game loads but the graphics are squished to the top of the screen as double images. I assume this is a low res to high res problem.

Does anyone know anyway to get the game to run on a high res T3. It's a great game, and you can download it here http://www.freewarepalm.com/games/palmshisensho.shtml

Thats not a high res to low res problem. It's a "that app is using direct screen draw and not standard api" issue. I don't think there is any way to fix it.
