View Full Version : Can I use my T415 stuff?

Hi all, have a quick question about accessory compatibility.

For my T415 I have an extra USB cable, 3rd party USB charge/sync cable, and car-power adapter. One of the things that is pushing me towards the TG50 (and away from Palm) was the hope that I could use my accumulated stuff (not cases, obviously) with the new TG50. Is this possible?

Thanks!

The magic eight ball is broken, methinks.

The TG50 uses the same accessories as the T-series.

Thanks much!

That's two to one for; I guess I could always haul my cradle into my local CompUSA to see if it's physically compatible -- what I'm more concerned with is that the power characteristics won't be quite right and I'll fry something.

What to do but try, though, eh?

OF COURSE IT DOES :D The Sony T/SJ/SL/NR/NX/NZ series all share the same connector to sync and charge, and all the styli's would fit all the units except for the Sony Clie NZ90 :p I know, for I work in a PDA shop :D Worry not my friend, try it out for yourself and see

If you doubt just look at the sonystyle website and check compatibility ;) I've upgraded from T625C to TG50 and use all of my old stuff...

Excellent! Thank you folks! I hope to pick up the TG50 this week (unless Sony releases a new T series ...).
