TT to NX

My wife's T|T is having digitize problem, I've download the fix from palm and apply to it already but still didn't solve. We have service plan from BB, is digitize problem would be enough reason for BB to let me switch from T|T to NX? Thanks in advance

They might... I had the service plan from Best Buy also. The MS slot in my NR70 wasn't working, so they let me pay the difference to upgrade to an NX70. Of course, they stopped making the NR70 at this point. But you'll never know unless you ask.
