Well, I paid more than 12 hours ago. No e-mail, no way to check what has happened to my order...

Any ideas? How long does it usually take to process an order?

Most appear to be getting theirs sooner than that. Some have had difficulty because of their email junk filters.

Contact support at eruware.com (replace at with "@" without the quotes) if you feel you have waited long enough.
