Here's a question: Can a husband with an NX60 (Palm OS5) and a wife with a Handspring Visor (Palm OS 3.5) both sync their PDA's on the same PC running Windows XP Pro? I have looked all over the web but not found an answer.

After buying my new CLIE NX60, I gave my old Visor to my wife. That was fiine while we had two PC's--one hers, one mine--but we're now going to go back to being a one PC family.

Is there a way to share a common Palm desktop app (either 4.01 or 5)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, I had a serial interface Visor. If you are experiencing a driver conflict with the USB Clie as I was. Try purchasing a serial cable for the Clie. I use one at work so I can share the Palm Desktop with my coworkers. A little bit slower but it works.

You have to have two separate HotSync names and use the Palm v4.1 desktop intstalled over the Sony v4.01.
