PsDB What does Programme Do

I recently came across some freeware called PsDB_052. However I cannot use it since I do not know what it does. Is there anybody who can tell me where I can get the instruction manual for the programme and what it does.

It is a small database program, capable of exporting the db to a csv file (which can be opened with Excel). You can also export the file to a Memo. It was written by the same developer who made PsMemo which is a great Memo replacement.
