I make use of a lot of very small fonts on my TX with Fonts4OS5 and/or FontSmoother because I like to fit as much data on the screen as possible without scrolling. Doing this tends to crop the top off check-boxes and such in many apps because of the reduced row height resulting from the smaller fonts. What I really need is a VERY narrow font that is as tall as the internal Palm fonts. Anybody know of one? I imported a ton of Windows fonts from my Vista eval PC at work - they look nice, but cause the same "corruption". Perhaps I'm missing a setting in the Font* apps that forces the row height to stay at the stock height regardless of the font in use?

I think I have a less than ideal work around that I will try soon and report back on...

N Helvetica Narrow might work;other options are:
Arial Narrow
Architecture
Futura LtCn BT
Gill Sans MT Ext Condensed
...basically anything that has "narrow" or "condensed" in the name.
