Dataviz problem with Mac

After setting up my new Clie with my Mac, I've encountered a problem with Documents to Go.

The PDA software installs well, but is fairly useless without the Mac software. Of course, there is no Mac software on the disc.

I can't even figure out how to sidegrade or upgrade, because on the Dataviz website they ask for a serial number that is only in the *Desktop* software.

Is there are solution short of buying the product again? Has anyone with a Mac solved this?

just call or email the customer support folks. they were able to get me the upgrade deal when i upgraded to the premium edition for mac.
