Funny, Silverscreen is not even on version 3.0 and they state they are mapping out a path to 4.0, who's the court jester over there because this is funny. Here's the recent clipping of the newsletter from PocketSensei creators of Silverscreen.

Dear Customer,

Welcome to the third issue of the SilverBullet. Even as SilverScreen III is nearing its launch date, we are already mapping a path to 4.0 and beyond and the future looks truly unruly! In short, you are in for some trend-setting treats over the coming months. As always, stay tuned and enjoy the show...

Sounds like a good thing to me. It means that they are really excited about their product, and intend to support it and advance it for some time to come.

Who knows? But as a SS user it makes me feel a little better :)

"Whoa Gravity" slow down there. Silverscreen is a boat, too big in file size and it hardly has functions that other launchers offer. The staff at PocketSensei have always never answered Emails and as far as upgrades go they are sloooooooooooow! Don't expect a whole lot from them, now this is not saying version 3.0 may have some nice features but I would not hold my breath. Yes, I will ask have you tried the other launchers which offer more functions and cost wise are much lighter on the wallet? Silverscreen needs to look at it's competition because as far as being in the race for launchers they are the dead horse in back of the pack! I started off with Silverscreen and I admit the graphics are nice but that's about it, me personally Zlauncher is the best and that's what's on my NX70V :o)

Actually, I have not tried other launchers... I dont know, I have been using SS sence my palm m100 days, and they have not charged me for an upgrade sence. I payed $10 for it, and I have never had any troubles with it... Oh, well, once they start charging me for upgrades I'll look into another launcher.

Thanks for the advice ;)

You do know that the other launchers offer demos for certain amount of days, seriously try Zalauncher and I'm sure you'll never look back at Silverscreen again, and Zlauncher is 1/2 the cost of Silverscreen!
