The WL100 can, but not so sure about the WL110.

You can use intel's prowireless driver for the WL100.

You need a simple PCMCIA to CF adapter, Type I or Type II will work fine. It's just 2 sockets with interconnecting wires.

The WL100 makes for a nice little laptop card. The only problem is that I need a true wifi card for my laptop so that I can have both the Clie and laptop online at the same time!!!!:D

yah, w/o a generic CF-wifi driver, we must weigh our options:

Pega-WL100 and MemStick

or

1 gig CF card for tunes/data and bluetooth MS card (or wait 'til the promised Wifi MS is available...)

ugh.. choices, choices...

Aghhhh! I ordered the PEGA-WL110 yesterday from SONY using the 25% discount for registering my NX70V, now, after reading this forum, I know what the difference is between the WL100 and the WL110.
Now can anyone tell me is the range difference is a lot? I'm not too concern about not being able to use with my laptop because I already have a mini-pci wireless card for it. However, now I'm not sure if the WL100 performs better than the new WL110. Can anyone tell me something good about my now not too expected WL110. Please :-(

Sorry I can't :(

The WL100 had the intel Prowireless chipset and worked well, except for the Clie's primative driver. The published specs for the WL110 shows less range, now whether it's more realistic or not I can't say. The WL100 has very good range.
