turning the cam shots into jpgs?

is there a conversion util that can turn the images I've taken with the internal camera into jpegs?

I don't have a memory stick yet, and am missing the sony cd, btw.

maybe graphic converter? I've never tried though. Usually, I save on my memory stick as jpgs. Not that picture gear format.
