They're similar, but PageDownHack is for OS4 devices, while OKey only runs on OS5.

i want to install some skins and one of the requirements is pagedownkey hack...

will it work if i use okey instead?

The skins you're looking at are probably those designed for the NR, so the buttons won't be in the right spot on the NX, both for OKey and the difference spots that things are in on the NX status bar vs the NR (such as the clock, VG arrow button, etc). You'll need to find skins that were designed for the NX. Note that this only applies to status bar skins; VG area skins will work the same on both devices.

Pagedownhack will NOT work on the NX or NZ, even if you use Tealmaster.
