Verizon or AT&T wireless cards on NX70V

Is it possible to use the type of wireless internet cards that Verizon Wireless or AT&T Wireless have, to use along with their wireless internet service, to work on an NX70V ? I have read some of the threads on this subject, but it seems that most people are using it along with their cell phones. Is it possible to use these air cards without using a cell phone on an NX70V?
