Alright guys,

I think that the Photopro thing is becoming somehow long story. Lets make it short and improve it thorugh time.

Conditions prior to this pre-release:

-You guys agree to have semi-finished skins (usable tho).
-Not all skins are included, since some of them are not even partially completed to be used.
-No readme-manual for the skins included will be available (only carpets).
-You guys are ready to help me with bugs and test the skins.
-Depending on the poll results ill take the final word.

If anyone of you guys want to help me out with anything (bug reports w/screenshots, or doing a lil manual for newbies, or such) i will highly appreciate.

This will be like a beta testing phase if happens.
Ill close the poll this sunday, lets see if you guys convince me to do this...

pd:
Skins in progress (very buggy):
-SkinUI (still not available)
-LaunchAnywhere (usable)
-Icons (usable)
-PictureLogin (still not available)
-FontSmoother (still not available)
-

Skins finished (bugs might be there, need to catch'em):
-Appshelf (only 2 walls available)
-PalmRevolt
-MySkin
-pTunes

please be considered since there are lots of skins that im including on the package :)

I'd like to have a beta/feedback/help you out period, as I tend to run my settings in a slightly non-standard fashion, and I'd love to see these fiddly bits supported in the final version -- generally I have to hack/tweak skins myself to make them work correctly for me.

I think you should have an exslusive beta period available too experienced willing testers, not a public beta release. It's a lot easier to keep track of "real" bugs that way....

Well, I'm interested but to limit the beta would be detrimental to the cause. There are so many variables involved in testing these that the more people you have the merrier. I'm convinced that the typical person here can "test". Screenshot are very helpful as well as knowing what is on the PDA.

I agree with PixelPainter. A for only a few users wouldn't be as beneficial as letting everyone give it a try. Look forward to trying it.

11 voters in total... was expecting a bit more.

To those who were interesteed in the pre release, just want to tell you that it will not be done. Reason? If i release it just like that, i will get too many emails asking for the same bugs... Now i have some beta tester that are helping me to catch the bugs we need. So far so good, feedback has being good and motivating (i think they are an ecxellent group :) ) but i still need to put a bit of more effort to push the whole package out for a release.

Im still missing some feedback for the LaunchAnywhere menu. Maybe pixelpainter will drop me a line asking about this (hopes  ). But if some one is interested on testing the LA menu dont hessitate to ask please, either here or in the Photopro Concept thread (or via pm, though is almost full hehe)

the first to ask will get the whole package ;) maybe that motivates you hehehe :D

will keep you posted on the Photopro Concept thread:
