Treo 680 - Annoying Network Dial-In sound

Dear Forum Members,

I own a Treo 680 and while I am using it in the office (the mobile network quality is very bad in there) every 10 minutes the Treo re-connects back to the network. :mad:

As you know this process is ended with a sound.

Do you know a method to get rid of this sound? It is really distubing if you stand together with a colleague and everyone looks at you or is not focussing on the ongoing discussion.

I thing, or better hope for a hack or a small prog to solve this problem. Any ideas?
