Quick question...

I originally had Documents-To-Go on my device before my computer that was running Windows 98 crashed. I contacted DataViz and attempted to download the version that I had installed but it is no longer available without me having to pay a fee.

While thinking about upgrading to the lastest version of Documents-To-Go which is currently Ver 10.001 (194) I decided to try out OfficeSuite (Version 7.0) by Mobile Systems.

Which one of these programs do you guys (and gals) think is the best?

I've used quickoffice premier and D2G 10. D2G has some unnecessary overhead, but other than that they are about the same. I'm using D2G 10.x now because v7 came on my TX and I just upgraded when it came around.

A simple mail to dataviz can solve it.

I agree w/ antoinepierre D2G is usually good about giving you your previously paid version. Which version did you have and do you still have the code for it? I might still have a copy. I'm currently using D2G 10, but I still have older devices that can't use it.

Thanks for responding to my thread!

Antoinepierre... I did contact DataViz... and I explained what happened to my computer but they insisted I pay a fee to download my old version of Documents-To-Go Premium Edition, Version 8.0001 (143) or pay to upgrade to the newer version!

I really don't understand why it's so hard to re-send something I've already paid for... especially since I started with the Standard Version... version 4.006 (284) and had upgraded to the one I had until my computer crashed!

I will contact them again to see if I can reach someone else that might be a little more compassionate!

Incidentally Bdhu2001... I still have the Activation Keys, Product Codes, & Registration Numbers for:

1. Documents-To-Go Standard Bundle - v. 4.006 (284).
2. Documents-To-Go Standard Bundle - v. 4.006 (341).
3. Documents-To-Go v.7.006 (945).
4. Documents-To-Go version 8.0001 (143).
5. Documents-To-Go version 8.003 (239).

Thank You,
G-Man
