Saw this post in Clie Park web site (In Japanese but translated by BabelFish) posted on 03 May 03, providing some info on the new clie. Unfortunately I don't really understand the translated post, maybe someone can try to piece the picture together.

I looked over this page and don't see anything posted on May about new handhelds. There's an article about new cases for the TG50. Could that be what you are seeing?

I went to the trouble of trying babelfish, i saw nothing about any new model.
So I advise people not to waste their time like I did, unless the original poster can provide something additional.
