Global Source Where is the driver ?

I purchased the CF driver last night at the Global Source Website and I went through all the payment stuff. Right, when the payment was finished they said ok congratulations AND THAT WAS IT !!!!
I did not receive any confirmation mail at all, and I did not find the download page to get the driver, although it is said on their web page that the driver is downloadable!
Is it normal ? Can anyone who did purchase the driver at the Global Source Website share his/her experience ?

The top of the page has this text:

Sounds like they have a delay in providing the goods built into their system.

I ordered, and received the driver, and key code within one hour when I ordered last week.

Check you junk mail folder, thats where all the info ended up for me.

Thank you to you all for your input.

It seems that somebody of the Global Source staff saw my message and they replied to me. It seemed that sth got lost.
Anyway they kindly send me the link to the downloadable page and the purchase confirmation mail.
So here I am, and I look forward to get my registration code, wich should arrive soon....
