here's the issues:
a) my digitizer cannot last for more than about 2 seconds after using powerdigi
b) the method of using my finger instead of the stylus to access dead spots no longer works
c) i have a dead pixel on my screen
d) the built in digitizer doesn't work, and gets worse as time goes on.

anyone have any ideas? other than getting a glass digitizer, which i am already saving money for. all input is accepted, positive or negative!

all i can say is patiente, till you get the glass digi man... will be (believe me) worth the time waiting.

as for the deadh pixel, thats bad man, i guess you got mad at your digitizer and released some anger agains the poor TXs screen causing some damage to the LCD... too bad, if so i dont know if you want to try changing it. But for one dead pixel, dunno how bad it is, but i think is too much. just a thought tho

a) I have the same problem with the old version of PowerDigi with it not in the uncache list.
b) sounds like you really need a new digitizer
c) dead, or "stuck"? Google for stuck pixels, as there are a number of methods of unsticking a stuck pixel.
d) I find it takes about 6 months for my digitizer drift to become noticeable. I re-calibrate, and everything's back to normal. There is a definite issue on the TX with compounding drift however.

One question: are you using any sort of screen protector?

the pixel is actually dead, and i do not use any sort of screen protector. as for my "anger issues" that were taken out on the screen, they are non-existent. unfortunately, though, i have bad news. i have gone so long now without a working palm computer, and with the increasing use of my (newly upgraded to a more reasonable 750 megahertz processor [but now it wont recognize half of my ram, so i now have 128 megabytes of ram]) laptop, i am giving up on my palm. it was costing me too much of my low-income finances, and my laptop is taking over all of its functions. if you would like to buy my palm before i put it on ebay, i will be starting a thread titled "the perfect palm for hardware experimentation is up for sale"
