Palm Modem

Does anyone out there in cyper land know how to successfully work a Palm modem (that would connect a Palm M515 to the internet via the telephone wire)? Okay, okay....I know I am asking a Palm question when this is a Clie web-site, but I also do own a Clie PEGN710C. For the life of me, I can't figure out the specifics on how to get the modem working. I chose Juno (since that's what our ISP is) from the dropdown menu (in the Versamail program). The modem dials out and connects but then it gives me "Invalid DSN #" or "Authuthenication Failure". The handshake appears but then afterwards I get those error messages. I hope I am making this claer (I have a tendancy to ramble on). I appreciate anyone's suggestion. TGIT!!!! :p

Did you double-check your IP addresses?

That's what it's telling me. I am not familiar with JUNO and I don't know if it has any special requirements or is even supported by the Clie.

Thanks; I'll check. It's hard to know what the Incoming and the Outgoing addresses should be. I guess I can also check with Juno technical support. By the way, the modem is to connect my Palm M515 (not my Clie). I asked Palm, Inc. to please help me out but all they wanted was $. Great support from a company that's probably making a ton of $. Just 4 this reason alone (I actually like my Clie better then the M515 anyways), Sony wins. Thanks for your reply and have a real nice day!
