OK, admittedly, I am a newbie to the PDA arena. My wife bought me the NZ90 for my birthday, and it's my first PDA. A friend of hers told her how much this would make my job easier. So far, all I've learned is that Sony makes a very good piece of gear but they SUCK in the documentation area!
Here's my problem..... I've installed the software on my PC at work, but I don't have administrator rights so adding software to the PDA doesn't work. I was able to synch my Outlook with the PDA, and it seems to have worked fine. Now, I removed the software from the PC at work and loaded it on my machine at home (where I at least have Admin rights), but I can't sync to the desktop because it says I can't use the same profile (or something like that). This is over my head, can someone help?
My goal..... To install the software on my machine at home so that I can install some additional software (i'm dieing to try the Tide tool so I don't have to surf the web before I go out kayaking) on the CLIE'. Also, since it is going to be used for work, I would like to occasionally sync to my work PC so that I can transfer the Contacts, Calendar, To Do List, etc data. I suspect I would get the brush off from Sony if I asked for an explaination, so that's why I'm turning to you all.
