"Earth Day" by eSoft Interactive not running?

I tried to try this lovely looking shoot-em-upper today by eSoft Interactive on my NX80V.

However, after hotsyncing tho it says i need Palm OS 5 in order to run it?

Reqs:

For : Palm O/S 5.0, Zodiac (Requires 1.1MB free space) - Check

strange....anyone have any comments?

no one heard of this game? If you check PDAGROUND you can see it...relatively new
