I have some recurring appointments that get added to my TX from Outlook everytime I HotSync. Where and what do I set to stop this from happening?

Can you elaborate? Are these being created as duplicate appointments or are the new ones being added?

I created the recurring aqppointments in my TX and hotsync to outlook. The appointments are then created in outlook. When I do another hotsync, these appointments in outlook are then repeated in my TX. Do another hotsync and I have another copy of the recurring appointment, etc.
These are being copied in Outlook as well.
I can get rid of the appointments in my TX, but the next time I HS, I get the duplicates again.

Questions:
* Are all the appointments at the same time?
* Are all the new appointments also recurring events, or are they a bunch of discreet events?
* What Outlook conduits are you using, Palm's, Pocket Mirror, or something else?
* Are you using any third party date book on your Palm?
* Are you using any Outlook plug-ins on your desktop?
* Have you applied the DST patch to your Palm?
* Have you applied the DST patch to your Desktop? If you take the default Windows updates, you probably have.
* Have you applied the DST patch to Outlook?
* Does your Outlook sync with Exchange?
* If so, has the Exchange server had the DST patch applied?

Wow, that's a lot of questions. What is the DST patch? Obviously that answers about half of them.
All of the appointments are at the same time.
All the new appointments are recurring also. I can get rid of them on the TX by deleting one and answering all to the dialog.
I am using Palm's conduit to Outlook.
I am using Palm's datebook even though I have DateBk6, but have not installed it on the TX. I used it on my TH-55 before getting this TX.
I am not using any plug-ins knowingly for Outlook.
Yes my Outlook syncs with an Exchange server. And I don't even know what the DST patch is.

DST: Daylight Saving Time. The U.S. and a few other countries have recently changed the definition of when Daylight Saving Time starts and stops. In the U.S. we are currently approaching the first time DST ends under the new definition. I had ended up with a mess last year, including some duplicates, when I had applied the DST patch to my desktop, without applying the DST patch to exchange or to my Palm.
Since you are not experiencing time shifts, I do not think that this is your problem, but there is still a chance. For reference:
