SJ33U Battery Charging Problem

I have an SJ33U. I am not new to Clie. We also have a T615. When I first got The SJ33, I fully charged the battery as directed. Now when I recharge the battery, the amount of time it takes to charge varies from a short amount of time to not completing overnight. Also, after charging, I check the battery and it might say 89%. 30 seconds later it might say 93%. In another 30 seconds it might say 90%. Has anybody run into this problem? We never have had any charging problems with our other Clie.

Anyone know what's up with this? Is that usual with the SJ33U?

Mine does the same thing. It can take it a minute or more before it states that the battery is 100%

I don't know if mine was properly charged the first time as it was a returned item when I bought it. ($60 off because the person who returned it but velcro on the back)

Yes, it happens on my SJ33 too, especially when the battery gets low, then after full charge it still shows under 100% but gets to 100% in a few minutes.

Yes, I had a 615 (until a small accident...) and have had problems with trying to charge the SH33 in the old 615 cradle: sometimes it will charge, sometimes not, frequently will charge for a while - then stop. I have reverted to using the charger that came with the SJ33 - but not happy.

My wife has a T615, and I traded with her so I could have her cradle at my workplace.  So I use it as my primary charger for my SJ33.  I have not seen any problems.  The only strange thing I've seen is when I first turn the SJ33 on after charging, occasionally I see the lightning bolt battery for a second or two when I first turn it back on.
