Map some Functions to Hard Keys

Hey Guys,
I have been looking for software that can map some functions to the hard keys of my T3:

*would you know of any that would: launch a program if i press and hold the a direction on the directional keypad
*i have been looking for something that can allow me to map the palm find to a specific hard button. know of any?


Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
