Hello all,
I am happy to say I have ported an application called Ecodes to palm, Here is a description from the authors site:
This application is a simple way to decipher the E codes and the additive names used on the labels of food products to understand the basic information about the food additives stored within these products. It gives you information about possible negative, harmful effects on the human body. It informs you if the additive could be animal based or GMO based.
Basically its a database that will tell you about all those food additive, so you can find out what exactly you are eating.
You can get the program here (http://gnet.homelinux.com/ecodes/ecodes.zip).
However, iId be glad if someone mirrors this anywhere, because I don't want it to be lost. Here is also a small webpage for it (http://gnet.homelinux.com/ecodes/)
Also, I must attribute the author from: http://ecka.dotek.cz/Default_en.htm that is letting me re-distribute this derivative work.
Enjoy,
Guy
