Has anybody tried TH55 with 2GB M2 before? Sony sites gave me a headache.

Sony US (http://esupport.sony.com/EN/info/mspro-clie.html), Sony Asia (http://www.sony-asia.com/microsite/memorystick/comp_chart/Clie_Handhelds.html) and Sony Japan (http://www.sony.jp/products/ms/compatible/index_clie.html) showed "Not Guarantee"

Sony Latin America (http://esupport.sony.com/perl/support-info.pl?&info_id=14) said "Compatible" for up to 1GB and "Not Guarantee" for 2GB

Sony Europe (http://support.sony-europe.com/memstick/compatibility/compatibility.aspx?l=en&f=other&m=PEG-TH55) said "Not Compatible" (probably because there is no "Not Guarantee" symbol there)

Google gave me mixed answers, only some crappy online shops in UK displayed memory stick micro as "Supported Memory Media" for TH/UX series. I personally believe TH55 should be able to handle 2GB MS Micro but I would like to hear if someone here have tried it before and if it works 100% or not.

Have a nice day,

I am running my TH55 with a SanDisk Memory Stick Pro Duo 2.0GB Magicgate with an adapter.

No problems here..

I'm using Sandisk MS Pro Duo 1GB with adapter without any problem for about a year as well. The question about the newer, smaller Memory Stick Micro (M2)... Thanks for your reply anyway.

I use MS Pro Duo 2GB for 2 years now. I don't know about M2 stuff. Sorry.

I don't see why it wouldnt' work with the correct adapter. The TH55 can handle up to 2GB cards.
