Hello to all NZ users ...

i'd like to know whether the new NZ90 can view movies as good as the nx series can?

i mean - is there any change in the movie player or its just like the nx series?

I believe most of the software remains the same. Therefore, I would think it has the same software (and probably the same hardware too). The only exceptions I have read as to the software similarities between the NX and NZ is a new all purpose clie viewer which leads to the lack of documents to go software. Sorry, cannot remember the name of the new viewer.

The NZ90's video player is indistinguashable from the one that comes with the NX series.

P.S. Its spelled PiscelViewer.

I read that the NZ records movies at 160x110 but plays back at 320x240 (I don't remember the exact dimensions...but it was or close to what I stated).
My question: what does this mean that it plays back at a larger dimension that it records??? -And is this the same as what the NX does??

it plays the video at a full screen on the NX... the NZ will be the same... there's just a decrease in quality viewing since you're enlarging it.

Example would be if you download an Mpg which is bout 320 by 320... and u hit full screen.. it's kinda like that... hope that helps.. i'm going to get one.. i guess i'm parting w/ my NX and P5 to get a NZ... heh

I plan on getting an NZ also.

I just hope that Sony would license the Picsel Browser (as oppose to Netfront lacking the Landscape mode) and the Picsel
