I do a lot of freelance web development as a side thing. I've been picking up on more and more projects recently and I think I need a better way to stay organized.

What I want to do is have a program (preferably something that has a desktop and palmOS versions much like splashmoney has ( http://www.splashdata.com/splashmoney/index.htm ). Where I can input projects and "clock in" and "clock out" of projects so I can keep track of how much I spend on each one, keep track of which projects relate to which contacts on my phones contact list, and keep track of when I've been paid for each project (most of my clients pay me in installations as I make progress with the project so I need to be able to input when I receive payments, how much, and how much I should receive at the end of the project)

Does anyone know of a program I could use that has these (or most of these) features?
