No you cannot listen to music with the included Clie mail, but I have no problem when using iambic mail.

Wait...why not? I use an NR, but is the NX audioplayer that much different? Under "options...preferences" choose "enable background play" and it should work...right?

The NX also has that 'Enable Background Play' option, but for some odd reason, when using Clie Mail, MP3's don't play in the background. No idea why, but it seems to be some kind of bug.

Work for me right now i Paly a MP3 in the backround and write a Email with CileMail and send it over IR to my S55 Mobile no problem at all

I just tried this with Iambic Mail and it works fine
