My new NZ90 is in the care of UPS on its way to me, and when it arrives I shall be needing a case.

I really want something simple, more a pouch, that I can clip on my hip. I don't want something that is attached to the NZ90 all the time, just a holster really. I started with the Palm IIIx in the standard Palm leather pouch with the metal spring clip. And then I switched to the Visor Deluxe, in the same pouch. (Well, I've had 2, but the same thing.) I really like it - flip open the velcro closure and lift the unit out. It has worked well for me for several years. So I'd like a similar 'hip holster' for the NZ90.

Suggestions?

for 9.99, you can get 3 styli (black, blue, light purple) from sony online. The package comes with 3 tips and 3 tops that fit the nz. That is, the standard tip and top that come with the 3 styli in the package do not fit the nz so sony has designed the styli so you can screw in the replacement tips and tops.

Just got mine today.

enjoy

yeah, those styli are kinda stupid. i need more tips becos i got the 3 pack and you gotta unscrew them. if u lose the factory stylus, then its over. cant fit the old ones in and they dont clip in. personally, i think that they should come out with a better stylus....something like the Tungsten T is nice....good weight and size

The best accessory is certainly for its price tha battery adapter PEGA-BC10. No more battery problem :D
After I would say, price wise, the Compact Flash driver linked with a good CF card.

Still waiting for a good case for the NZ, even though it'll add to size & weight.

I use a Pilot Pentopia 3 way pen/pencil/stylus.

Check out this case. I've seen it at Circuit City. It's also listed on yahoo shopping.

Targus Universal PDA Belt Case

Acessory Type Handheld Carrying Case
Color(s) Black
Product Material Nylon, Neoprene

General Product Info
Weight 0.18 lbs
Manufacturer Part No. CHUS01
Dimension 6 in x 3.7 in x 1.3 in (HxWxD)

This lightweight, functional case accommodates most popular PDAs. Constructed of durable nylon and neoprene, this PDA Belt Case holds your handheld securely in place with a self-closing cover flap. And it comes with a convenient belt loop that's also self-closing and constructed of heavy-duty nylon for years of trouble-free use.

Hope this helps,
Haus

the best NZ accessory is lots of money... then you can get anything you want ! ha ha...

For me it's the wireless lan card, followed by the CF driver and big CF's and MS's

1Gb Stick

Spare Battery

1Gb CFlash

Sony SRS-Z1 Speakers and Amplifier on the go

Bluetooth GPS reciever

A Bluetooth cell phone

A Bluetooth PC USB adaptor

Bose Noise Cancelling Headset on the go

Would like:

A smaller power supply. I kind of like the cradle.

A Vaja ivolution case!

32Mb of RAM memory!

The possibility to vary the combination Diaph/Speed on the camera.

Haus & all,

I found the same case, cost about $10, and it does the job admirably. Plus its low price leaves me with plenty of bucks for other accessories.

Leather case from Japan,

Sony MS Pro 1gig
Sony USB MS Pro reader/writer dongle
Belkin USB Bluetooth dongle
and the new Sony noise cancel headphones (they sound great) It cost about 100 dollars on ebay.

I want to get the 1 gig CF card when it becomes more stable.

Since storage media is required on nearly all PDAs, I think the best accessory is the WiFi CF card.

Since I'm posting anyway, if any mod is reading this, something is messed up with my account. I can login, read, and reply - but when I try to start a new thread or use the private message or email links, I'm told I'm not authorized. Also trying to look at the private message area in the control panel says the same thing. It is like my account is half-activated. I'd message or email a mod - but I can't use the links. :-)

Wireless LAN card for me! Got it for $17 at BB after $50 rebate! BB pulled it after a couple of days and said it was a pricing mistake...hehe.

Writeshield Protectors and the Xtreme Limit Case are the 2 next most important accessories for me.
