Im' trying to use a TH55/e (with Bluetooth) and Softick Audio Gateway (SAG) to listen to music with Logitech Bluetooth stereo headphones.
Softick says it doesn't work with the TH55 which is true for releases 1.04 and up. Something in the software checks for device and says no-no, can't do that.
But... with older version 1.03, I can manage to get it to pair with the headphones, and it sort of works with Pocket Tunes.
I get sound thru the headphones, but i can't control Pocket Tunes anymore, nor anything else on the Th55. Also the sound does skip about once every ten seconds. Which suggests CPU overlaod for the poor old Th55.
Now... I notice that newer releases of SAG allow for lower quality settings, which could lower the strain on the th55 cpu, and **could** finally make it work better on the th55.
Now my question is: is there a way one could bypass this device check OR is there an application that tricks the system into thinking that the Th55 is, for example, a Tungsten T3 ??
Hope you followed my train of thought. Thinking in French and writing in English...
