Zlauncher tabs

In Zlauncher is there a way to put tabs on the right or left side instead of upper one ?

Not yet.

Not yet is right. The parts for horizontal (right & left) and even bottom tabs are already built into the themes, so there's obviously plans to do that, or at least they wanted to leave their options open to do that.
