My TX will be 1 year old this week and is in pretty good working order except for the digitizer. There's a gradual drift as you go down the screen (about 1/8" at it's worst near the bottom edge) and I've been using the calibration routine in mykbd and it works well, except... It's becoming a drag as I seem to need to run it more frequently lately (sometines twice a day). Does anyone know how I can automate the process?

Try a trial of Powerdigi from here:

http://palmpowerups.com/downloads.php?cat_id=1

Im sure this will fix the drift

That was fast. Does Powerdigi run automatically on reset or power up? I'd like something that requires no more that a tap or two, after the initial setup that is.

I just installed it using medium and the digitizer seems very accurate but the taps seem a little different? Think I'll give it the full 14 day trial, thanks for the pointer.

PowerDigi will make the stylus input a bit slower to respond if that is what you mean by "the taps seem a little different".

Try a factory reset. I have fixed mine which had a small drift in one corner. Set a password if you don't have one already. Then hard reset. That will set your machine to factory state.

Try it, if it works fine, try reinstalling apps one by one and do not sync the saved or unsaved preferences, you better be configuring things again.

You can also try the fullscreen callibration that myskin/mykbd comes with.
Get the trial and give it a go. The callibration function will be operational even after the trial has expired.
