I've been a T615 user since they came out and finally upgraded when I saw the 299 NX60's. So far I really like the device but I have a couple of questions.
When using sporeaddheets is there any way to orient them in landscape mode. I am using docs-to-go?
Can I delete movie player and other multimedia apps that don't show up in the delete menu?
I wouldlike to use the CF slot for data. I see threads n here that indicate a person is willing to write a driver if we are willing to pay which seems to mean that no driver is available. On the other hand I see threads in which people are talking about playing MP3's from the CF so that would indiacte that it's possible.
What is the baest program for launching appps from MS (or CF)?
TIA,
Jim

You can use Picsel or RepliGo to view docs only in landscape view. No go with Docs to go.
Built-in Sony apps in ROM cannot be deleted at this time.
There is a CF memory driver, a WLAN driver, and a modem driver out. In Japan they may have more stuff available to them.
There is a multitude of launchers, one of the more popular is ZLauncher. Additionally a must have app is PowerRun that allows the app and it's related database to stored on the memory stick.
There used to be a comparison chart here: www.launchplug.com (http://www.launchplug.com)
Launchers can be a very personal item with customization.
Enjoy your new Clie :)! !

1. Not sure. Don't use that myself.
2. No, you can't.
3. There is a driver out that is relatively new. See www.eruware.com (http://www.eruware.com). It works quite well to use CF as a alternate memory storage. I think you're seeing people wanting 'OTHER' CF drivers, like for SD Card Readers, CF GPS, etc.
4. IMNSHO ~ Zlauncher is currently the best launcher available for the money ($12US) Check out the threads in the Launcher section. There's always a few about ZL near the top. :)
GOOD LUCK! & Welcome!
