Which is the best program to clean data on my ux50?

To clean your data? You mean to erase everything? I guess to just do a hard reset and delete the Power Saving backup (if you have one).

no no, i just wanna delete all the invalid files or missing files only (databases, etc.), anybody knows any program wich do that?

Hmm...
The latest version of Resco Esplorer can do something like this. It can show you files that don't seem to be owned by anyone. The keyword being "seem", as in palm its not always easy to figure that out...
The other app you can try is Cleanup from Northglide. Again its not foolbproof and there will be an amount of judgement from your side.
Either case, make a backup on your MS and don't delete it for a while to make sure that everything works.

I also suggest Resco Explorer. I use it to delete hidden files created by Mac OS X on my card.

I believe that you can just sort the files by name, and all the files with "." in front of it will be together.
